Last weekend we walked down to Little Italy for the "Taste of Little Italy" Festival. We planned our walk ahead of time - so we stopped at Starbucks just before Little Italy to feed the girls before heading to the Festival. It was a very hot day and we were worried about how it would affect the girls so we didn't stay long. Long enough to try some calamari, rice balls and look through a couple of shops. I brought a hat to wear in the fall.
This week we arranged for a night nurse to come in the evenings 11pm till 8am, Monday - Thursday to allow Ed and I to catch up on some much needed sleep. Her name is Hyancith and she has been very helpful - it's wonderful to be able to get 7hours sleep. It's also been helpful to get the girls on a routine. They are now feed 6times (down from 8) a day and we are starting to implement a bedtime for them at 8pm. We feed and bath them - and then put them down for 8pm in a dark environment.
